I found it amusing this morning when I heard the "good" news on the local TV station that it's going to be unseasonably cool here over the weekend. Good to be in a locale where cooler than normal is a good thing; forecast highs for the next few days are mid-70s F -- not too hard to take.

As I said to the participants in the session I conducted today, "where I come from (Calgary) 'unseasonably cool temperatures' are seldom a good thing."
